How does organization-level pricing work?
Your organization has one pricing plan that applies to all tenants within it. Every tenant in your organization has access to the same features and MAU limits. You only pay for additional team members beyond the free tier.
What is a Monthly Active User (MAU)?
A Monthly Active User is a unique user who has authenticated through Authdog at least once in a calendar month. This limit applies per tenant. We count unique users, not sessions or sign-ins.
How are team members counted?
On the Free plan: 1 admin + 2 team members per tenant. On paid plans: the first 1 admin is free, plus $3 per additional team member (depending on plan). All team members share the same organization-level features.
Can I have multiple tenants?
Yes! All plans offer unlimited tenants per organization. Each tenant has the same MAU limits and features enabled at the organization level. This is perfect for managing multiple applications or environments.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated accordingly.
What compliance certifications do you provide?
Our Enterprise plan includes SOC2 Type 2 compliance and BAA documents for HIPAA compliance, ensuring your data meets the highest security standards.
